Take It Down Act (TIDA) Compliance Policy

Effective Date: May 19, 2026

1. Purpose

This policy establishes the formal process for the reporting and removal of non-consensual intimate imagery ("NCII") and prohibited digital forgeries in accordance with the Take It Down Act.

2. Reporting Mechanism

Users seeking the removal of content that qualifies as non-consensual intimate imagery or a prohibited digital forgery should submit a report to:

3. Submission Requirements

To process a request, the report must include:

A direct link (URL) to the specific content.

Identification of the subject of the content.

Evidence or a statement under penalty of perjury asserting that the content is non-consensual or a prohibited forgery.

Sufficient information for Our Friends Place to verify the authenticity of the request.

4. Review and Removal

Upon receipt of a complete and verified submission, Our Friends Place will review the content. If the content is determined to meet the statutory criteria for non-consensual intimate imagery or a prohibited digital forgery, it will be removed from the platform within the 48-hour period mandated by federal law.

5. Non-Liability

Our Friends Place acts solely as a hosting provider. By providing this reporting mechanism, OurFriendsPllace does not assume any obligation beyond the specific requirements set forth in the Take It Down Act. Reporting entities acknowledge that Our Friends Place reserves all rights to contest filings that are found to be fraudulent, inaccurate, or intended to suppress protected speech.
